Revenue Cycle Analytics
PLUS: Our plans to grow

Welcome to Med Launch.
Medical Launch provides tools and communities to help independent clinics compete with Big Health and combat increasing costs.
We are building tools to bring the power of healthcare back to physicians.
Founded in 2023
WHAT IS REVENUE CYCLE ANALYTICS
What is revenue cycle analytics?
I am glad you asked.
Doctors send the bills to the insurance companies or governments that are covering the bill for patients.
We analyze all of the money flowing in and out of a healthcare business through the billing system.
And, we compare your data against the top companies in the industry.
We then give performance benchmarks for success and growth.
And, if you can’t hit these benchmarks, we sure can with our top notch RCM team.
We help doctors worry less and get paid more.
That’s all we do.
And, we focus on the lower and lower middle market of physicians.
We have top notch technology.
We have top notch management services.
And, we have made our services so affordable that even the independent lone wolf physician can afford us.
Let’s cut costs together.
HOW ARE WE FIGHTING BIG HEALTH AND BIG TECH
PRIVATE EQUITY
❗ We want all independent owners to get the money they deserve when dealing with practice exits or entrances

Personal opinions from what I have heard and read:
Firms love levering up, smashing together multiple practices, and getting their earnings multiples inflated as they grow
Firms love pushing their physicians to add specialties and over-diagnose and over-prescribe
Anybody who says they are adding value in other ways besides doing these techniques is lying
PE firms love promising equity on their terms and at their own valuation
Why should we care:
Software and AI can increase your exit prices
Education can ensure that independent clinics know how to deal with PE contracts
Our mission at Med Launch is to decentralize the healthcare marketplace into more private practices than health systems.
HEALTH SYSTEMS

Personal opinions from what I have heard and read:
Quality care metrics are worse in PE / Hospital based clinics
PE and Hospitals cause prices to rise
Why should we care:
This is a great opportunity for doctors to tap into the competition for patients
Prices are in your favor
Patients simply prefer physicians they know rather than the hospital
BIG TECH

Sources: Website @OutOfPocket
Personal opinions from what I have heard and read:
Tech companies want to aggregate doctors virtually and set up the infrastructure for the new era of medicine
They are buying the EMRs and virtual care groups and collecting all of the data
They are then selling this data to insurance companies and charging the physicians to use their systems
Why should we care:
If you don’t learn how to compete for patients on the internet locally, then you will always rely on Big Tech
Coverage is going to change with algorithmic diagnostics of patient data and therefore quality of care will suffer
The sooner you learn to use software and AI to build your own operating workflows, the sooner you can achieve independence
